We offer a different special every day of the week. Here’s the schedule for Winter 2008.
Monday: Fiesta Bowl – $6.19
Black beans and brown rice on a bed of romaine, topped with cheddar, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Add a chicken breast for $2.30. Served with tortilla chips.
Tuesday: Turkey Chili – $5.96
Alex makes this from scratch every Monday night. A little sweet, a little spicy, a lot good. Served with cornbread. Add cheese or sour cream for an extra $.50.
Wednesday: Chicken Tamales – $5.96 / $8.72
When was the last time you had homemade tamales? Served with black beans, brown rice, and pico de gallo.
Thursday: Turkey Meatloaf – $7.57
Almost as good as Mom’s. Served with two sides and cornbread.
Friday: Chicken & Dumplings – $6.19
Start the weekend right with one of our best dishes! Served with cornbread.
Saturday: Ham Biscuits
Country ham on our own pumpkin bread. A great sweet and savory flavor combination. Served with sides or a la carte.
THE DAILY – $6.42
Baby spinach leaves, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, bleu cheese, and garlic vinaigrette, served with pumpkin bread.
THE SANTA MONICA – $7.34
Baby spinach leaves, grape tomatoes, chopped dates, corn, goat cheese, and champagne vinaigrette, served with pumpkin bread.
THE GREEK – $7.34
Chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, sliced red onion, diced cucumbers, feta cheese, and Greek vinaigrette, served with pumpkin bread.
